The hotel had a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection to choose from and the staff working there was very friendly. The location of the hotel was also great as it was within walking distance of many areas of interest in the city.

Spacious rooms and bathroom, enjoyable shower and bath, incredibly comfortable bed. Staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and catered to small requests. Beautiful and luxurious atmosphere with amazing breakfast options. Friendly and professional staff, informative tour of the establishment. Clean and comfortable rooms with canal views. Convenient location near museums, shops, and restaurants.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the city, right on a picturesque canal. This meant we were just a short stroll away from all the sights and attractions we wanted to visit. Our room was beautifully refurbished with high-quality fixtures and fittings. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even recognizing my girlfriend's birthday with complimentary champagne and a personalized note. The breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. Additionally, we had the opportunity to enjoy the pool all to ourselves.

The hotel bar was a bit crowded during peak hours.

Despite the excellent location and amenities, some guests have found the room cleanliness to be lacking.

The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of many sites and tram lines. The rooms were beautifully renovated and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The amenities like the swimming pool and sauna were a great addition. a treat to stay at.

Almost perfect.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the impeccable service provided by the staff made our stay truly memorable. the luxurious spa facilities exceeded our expectations, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounge. the massage we received was world-class and left us feeling completely rejuvenated. We also enjoyed the delicious in-room breakfast, which was delivered at our requested time.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the bar/lounge area. Although the drinks were fantastic, we found the atmosphere to be lacking in comparison to the rest of the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning hotel in the heart of the city. The mix of old and new decor was simply delightful. The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of all the action, yet amazingly quiet. The rooms were well-equipped and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and professional, and it was clear they genuinely cared about their guests. We especially loved the informative and friendly tour given by Patricia. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of options and outstanding service. the staff, facilities, and location made this a fantastic experience.

Felt like a fairytale with no complaints.

The hotel had a beautiful decor that created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep.

The gym facilities were disappointing, with limited machines and funky-smelling towels. The restaurant did not live up to its 5-star status, with poor-quality meat and industrial ingredients.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had a nice experience. The staff at the reception desk were cute and even upgraded me to a better room as a loyalty member. The room itself was super clean and well equipped, providing me with the utmost comfort. I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the Concierge, were really nice to assist me with my outdoor needs. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious a la carte dishes that exceeded my expectations. The valet parking service was a nice touch, and I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of placing a bag with fruit, water, and an energy bar in my car upon departure. The hotel's spa area and swimming pool were also great, offering a perfect place to relax. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city on foot. All in all, my stay at this hotel was a perfect oasis in the heart of Amsterdam.

As a traveller with exclusive needs, I found this hotel to be luxurious and accommodating. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & Wellness centre and restaurant are of exceptional quality and the service provided is top-notch. the room was clean, well-maintained and had every exclusive comfort desired.

Though it was a minor issue, the breakfast buffet was not up to the standard expected of such a upscale hotel. There were limited choices which made it challenging for people with special diets.
